Once submitted, you’ll receive an email from us with a ticket PDF. Print the ticket and include it in the package with your device. Then, ship it to the address provided.
STEP 3:
Our technicians will begin work on your device. You only pay once the repair is successfully completed. After payment, we’ll promptly ship your device back to you.
