1. Services
Florida Repair Ninja provides repair services for mobile phones, tablets, computers, gaming consoles, smart watches, and related “tech support” (“Repair Services”). We also offer mail-in repair services, parts sales, and associated diagnostic services (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Appointments, Diagnostics, & Quotes

When you schedule an appointment or request a repair, we will perform a diagnostic to determine the problem.

Prior to performing any repair work, we will provide you with an estimate (quote) of costs for parts and labor.

You must approve the quote before work begins.

Prices are estimates and may change if additional problems are discovered during repair; we will notify you in advance if any extra charges are needed.
3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you cancel an appointment after a certain deadline (e.g. less than 24 hours), we may charge a cancellation fee.

We are not responsible for any bank fees or additional charges your financial institution may impose.
4. Parts & Warranty

We use parts that are new and/or manufacturer-specified unless otherwise agreed.

We may offer a warranty on repair work (parts and/or labor). The length and scope of warranty (what is covered, what is not) will be specified in the quote or separate warranty document.

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, water damage (if not part of original service), accidents, or subsequent damage after repair.

If you attempted to repair the device yourself or used unauthorized parts, we may void our warranty.
5. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information about your device and the problem(s) you're experiencing.

Before bringing or sending your device for repair, back up all data. We are not responsible for data loss.

Remove any passwords, PINs, accounts (e.g. iCloud, Google), locks, or security features if required for repair. If we cannot access the device to perform the repair due to password or lock, you may incur additional charges or delays.
6. Shipping & Mail-In Repairs

If you use our mail-in repair service, you are responsible for properly packaging the device and for shipping costs to us; we pay return shipping (unless otherwise agreed).

Title and risk pass to us when the device arrives at our facility; we are not responsible for damage during transit prior to our receipt.

We will return the device after repair by agreed shipping method.
7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Repair Ninja is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services or the Website.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific repair service.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, videos) is owned by or licensed to Florida Repair Ninja, and is protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.
